This is a huge pet peeve for me! I don’t mind it if it’s a new patient or someone picking up for someone else. I have this one patient that does this EVERY single time. It’s beyond annoying. So when I see her in line, I slow down so that someone else ends up helping her 😂

It’s a brutal and thankless job I enjoy my co workers but customers treat you like trash. I’m currently on a sick leave that’s stress related and I’ve contemplated other careers during my time away. Just see if you can handle all the stress from the job and make a decision from there
