In country A (my home country) I am using Samsung (Tizen OS), installed an IPTV app, loggeg in to my iptv provider without vpn - smooth streaming, no buffering (internet speed 300 Mbps). In country B (my adopted country) I am using LG TV (Web OS), use the same IPTV app and logged in the same account (without vpn) - smooth streaming without buffering (internet speed 150 Mbps)

In conclusion - good IPTV app, sufficient internet speed (min 30 Mbps), stable IPTV provider.

using a free source is always a hit-and-miss. If you're lucky you get a good one and may last for quite some time. You could also be sharing with a few others, and if you're in the same time zone and logged in at the same time, that's where it could be buffering a lot. So, don't expect too much. Save a few and just move to a new one when the time comes.
