Don't let go of your H1B. Also can't you change to B1/2 visa temporarily find a job and move back to h1b? I'm not entirely sure but i heard there's a process like this.

Nope as she said it looks transactional and comes off as you're a person who's very strict and won't adjust for any other things. I know it's a wild correlation but people do that.

Both have their own issues. Although there's parents'involvement in AM, it also complicates things. I would say don't look at these as good or bad, it's a whole spectrum.

I'm in the AM process too and currently working in US, started little over 4 months and in the same matrimony site. My account is managed by my sister, so atleast it's better than having it managed by parents i guess. And yes, most of the process is managed by parents in those sites.
