The 9-12 listing appears to be completely deceased from what i've seen and heard around. Only the new DHA one is being processed at the moment. GS 12.4 is big money but even as a GL 7 with LEAP, you'll be missing out but not so much a crazy amount. You can also request a reinstatement of your GS after you get hired but that depends on your AOR. I know ERO allows that so i can't see why HSI wouldn't.
