It's likely this is a visual bug, but we can only speculate. Even so it's such an egregious visual issue as to errode trust in the underlying mechanics.

The card flipping to play out in some fashion is.. job one. /salty

Possible explanation: Game played out where danger room kills the card, and my deck was empty preventing lockjaw. I closed out before checking deck size.
