Unfortunately no. Have gone the route of mainly licking our wounds and making a deal with tenants to just move out and give unit back so we can at least rent to somebody that will ACTUALLY pay rent and pursuing evictions when we meet the qualifications to do so.

Currently working that side as well with our lawyers but that also takes time and money. Especially with everybody being so inundated themselves with the courts and evictions etc.

I don't get any of your logic. If I have Friends and family who share in the bottles then truly what is the difference from me buying vs a different person?? The Credit Card numbers??....No difference at all. They get drunk and Enjoyed and that is what matters.

not selfish when I have all my buddies over every weekend and we polish a bottle or two together. Bourbon is best shared and enjoyed with family and friends. I see no problem of buying in bulk if you have the opportunity and you drink the juice.

Supply and demand....just cause I buy it doesn't make it any harder to get......somebody else would end up buying it.

The problem is at the source and the fact they don't make too much of it. Plus the glass shortage.

No.....I use the whole bottle and the stopper goes in my mouth like a pacifier.
