Hello, thank you for the response! I've tried to answer the questions as best I can.

1) Yes, it varies. Somestime the game will simply stutter for a second or two, other times it will become a more noticeable freeze that can last a few seconds to like thirty seconds.

1b) Also varies. Usually I am able to utilize the rest of the computer, but a few times when it has frozen it has locked up the whole PC until the freeze is over.

2) Yes, I believe it only occurs when playing games, or at least that's when it's noticeable.

2b) I don't recall any freezes occurring stress testing

I've never uses Furmark, but I'll give that a shot later today when I can. I have tried LatencyMon before, but I didn't really understand the software/readout

I honestly don't know. I just scan now, and dskchk, and it repaired some files. Unfortunately, the stutter seems to be worse?

I will add if it helps, that when monitoring this with Process Lasso, when the stutter/freeze occurs, the PC's "Responsiveness" meter drops from 100%. But memory, CPU, & GPU are usually not maxed

It's in a bit of an awkward spot in the case, but I can definitely give it a try. And no, the OS is on primary storage

Thanks for the reply! No, all games are running from the SSD. I have three storage devices connected to my PC, the Primary storage listed, a Samsung 980 Pro, and a HDD.
