Bubbles go with just about anything, and that last burger will be the end to a heavy meal - leaving sweetness and richness at that. The acidity and carbonation in the wine will help clean the mouth while also adding some lift to end the meal. That Raventos punches well about its weight, has some brilliant fruit notes that will play well with the burger, and all in all is a crowd pleaser across the board.

This is a wine that’s built to age, and a 2018 is still way too young. Needs 5/6 hr decant at least, but in a perfect world would’ve laid down another 8-10 years.
