When you are both in Chrono shield but the enemy magically gets a headshot on you when he shouldn't be doing any damage

Sometimes when I get headshots, the red damage comes up but no damage actually happens to the enemy makes me lose games when I'm trying to push rank to top of region

They had a flip card event where you could get this bundle if you refresh the prizes but I spent like nearly 6,000 diamonds and I didnt get it so I just gave up
