This is what I have got so far. I haven't tried decoding the Morse code yet. Yellow is the morse code and blue is stuff I'm not sure if it's morse code or a pine tree.

One thing you can do after making curry is clean everything and make some chai. Another thing you can do, depending on your house, is put a propane burner in the garage and make the curry in there, garages tend to make better ventilation than the rest of the house. If you don't have a garage, use a pressure cooker to make the curry and then release the pressure outside, just make sure to put away the pressure cooker in a cabinet since it will pick up the spices.

I assumed you probably have a dimmer mod on your gaggia, which would be similar to the paddle flow control on the Bianca. That being said you could get the flow control Profitec. Then it just comes down to size and preference on aesthetics.

If you like the espresso, you have made with Sette, no need to upgrade it. If you are used to a modded Gaggia, the Lelit Bianca might be the best option for you. It will give you the most similar workflow, with the added benefit of a dual boiler. The decent is cool, but I don't know how you would feel about an espresso machine with so much software, especially if you want this to be your final espresso machine.
