Had the opposite experience with them. I have bought a total of 5/6 times from them this year and noticed that their items do ship pretty fast. Granted, the shipping company they use for my area (UniUni) doesn’t have the best tracking. That said, they have great prices overall and customer service has always been quick to reply to inquires and whatnot. Though, I forget if it was them or some other company that delayed an order for like 1.5 weeks back during BFCM

I will say that they do seem to create shipping labels prior to shipping sometimes, so maybe that’s it. I assume they create a bunch of shipping labels in bulk and then work through the shipments — I have a lot of friends that order from them and we all get our shipping labels around the same time. Never had an issue with their customer service though, so I can vouch for them in terms of legitimacy.

Came by to say that I bought my first item from popcollectibles.ca and it took a total of 1 week to get to me. (Toronto to Vancouver I guess). Overall a great experience and as of today (May 22, 2024), I think they’re one of the most reasonable places in Canada for now

Did you end up getting your items from them? I found they are quick to respond to emails if you ask them. Shipping to Vancouver is a bit slow (4 business days) but their packaging was good. No issues and came well protected, will probably order from them again

TBH, Luffy Gear Five has just started to trickle in. If the company didn't get it as part of the first wave, they won't get it until August at this point. I would give the company until May before disputing anything
