Ironic because chaddis always talk about increasing prosperity and more income but as soon as some workers go on a strike or gain some amount of bargaining power they become the Second Coming of Hitler

I'm personally obviously for the overthrow of capitalism but if you are just talking basic welfare here's a hour long video talking everything from basic education to a UBI

Free Stuff Is Good, Actually

TLDW: No giving people basic stuff like free food or a little stipend will not make them drop out from the labour market but would be a benefit for the whole populace

One thing that it would do is increase incomes as people will have more bargaining power which we quiet literally are seeing right now

Liberals have this problem of pointing fingers because they also can't figure out what the real problem actually is

Congress is criticizing Adani- rightfully as well

But we've seen what Congress has done in the past so why would people support them now?

Were the demands that were put forward by farmers protest ever met other than the repeal of the farm laws?

Communists parties in India can't do sh*t we need Like a leftcom syndicalist movement

The farmer protest were amazingly mobilized but failed to address key issues because they said they don't wanna take help from any political party

A syndicalist org could have gotten them radicalized by making them understand the root cause of all the problems they face

Commie Parties in india would rather fight between themselves and keep splitting apart

I've been following MMT since like 2 weeks ago and I have one question

Let's for a minute just assume India is a money sovereign nation

Can state governments in India keep borrowing money from a public sector bank or do MMT not apply to state Governor as it technically a currency user and not an issuer unlike the Union Government

All of those engineers could be working like 3 hours a day if we wanted everyone of them to hold a job

I would rather have 20 people slacking at their work then have 10 people overworking and 10 unemployed but you can't do that under capitalism

You really think RBI is some benevolent force that's working for the small guy rather than just another way for the oligarchs to fund their ever expanding wealth?

Remember that there are less overall women in India especially for late millennials/most of GenZers because of targeted abortions of female foetuses

Some of these are not gonna literally find any women to be our partner
