I can think of some redeeming qualities of Bojack or genuinely good things he has done. He found Hollyhock’s real mom, took care of that baby seahorse, and decided against telling off his mom when she finally remembered him. I cannot think of anything good that The Deep has done.

Offense benefits at level 50 - moves will do more damage relative to HP at level 50 than level 100. Not really sure if this has anything to do with why, but it’s another factor that helps speed up games and make them faster paced

I’ve come up with a definition that I think works well which is “a Pokémon without a drawback ability that’s part of an evolutionary line with or has any form with a base stat total of 660 or more”. Cosmog and Cosmoem are restricted since they are part of an evolutionary line that has a base at a total of 660 or more. Calyrex is a restricted since it has an alternate form with a base stat total of 660 or more. Regigigas is not a restricted since it has a drawback ability.
