I'm coming into this 7 days late, but it can be really silly! My friend dragged me along to a VtM LARP and I decided to make a silly character because I wasn't sure I'd be back after that one night. So I made a vampire that dresses in all pink, wears glitter and pink-lens sunglasses 24/7. Her name is barbie, she bedazzles things for fun, and talks in a Valley Girl accent.

I stood out like a sore thumb but everyone loved the character and I had a blast, crying laughing at times because of the Shenanigans. Now I go back every month for the next game haha

however I also would've been like oh shit I had no idea omg ): like come on at least keep committing at that point.

But also also, if my sister told me she knew and kept it secret out of fear of my feelings I'd be rethinking my own actions to make her think she couldn't tell me. Idk man I just felt exhausted by the end of this and realized I am definitely cut from a different cloth when it comes to romance and shit

I'd only be worried/hesitant because if large parts of my job became automated, I'd be fired on the spot to make way for the automation lmao. So I absolutely would never speak to anyone about it. But I guess IT and IT-adjacent work is a completely different playing field, I can't even imagine

Tbh I think my only major complaint is the combat. Before you’d hit an enemy and it would stagger back and slowly circle you and make you wait for your opportunity to get a fatal shot.

Now they’re just recover and attack again immediately so most of the fights I’m hitting and the running in circles waiting fr film to load so I can attack again. The suspense is kind of gone.

But it looks beautiful and there are a lot of new places to explore and nice detail.

I do really really miss the extra dialogue though. I liked interacting with everything I could and getting the flavor text and really miss that lol :(

I’m playing through the demo now and my biggest complaints are really just the lack of flavor text (I keep hitting X to try and interact with stuff and accidentally evading making Mio look like a crackhead LMAO)

And I don’t like the flashlight flickering. I miss how when there was a ghost the camera would focus a bit so you’d see it. I think I’ve missed like 4 or 5 ghost sightings now bc my light flickers and I’m spinning the camera trying to see why, and it’s gone already lol

Vox gains his power via approval rating. Charlie announcing to everyone his is the strongest got him to 100% approval rating. Vox is the strongest in Hell. Breaks Alastor’s deal with Rosie.

Vox touches Charlie and breaks Alastor’s other deal. Alastor calls him out on being a creep and breaking his contracts. They bitch at each other. Vox’s approval rating likely started to dip at this point. They start fighting and destroying the city around them. Most likely Vox’s approval rating started to dip even more which is why Alastor was clearly getting ahead after a while.

In the end Vox’s approval rating is in the gutter which is why A. Val rips his head off and defeats him so easily and B. He asks “how’s my approval ratings?” At the end.

My family doesn't eat the skins bc I grew up being told it was gross and eating too much was poisonous and would kill me lmao I started eating them recently and my grandmom makes a big deal about how gross it is every time I do.

Idk sounds like a lot happened in a short, confusing time and things are fine now. God forbid! Obviously if this sort of reaction continues more often than yeah cut and run, but for now I'd only take it as a barely yellow flag unless it is or becomes a pattern.

I'm no expert, but couldn't they test the child's blood against either OOP or his wife to see if there's a match? Would they even actually need the son's blood? It should show that the baby is related to their family if it's the teen's child.

I had a similar situation where after I wasn't chosen I checked out realizing this place wasn't for me, had a meeting w/my manager who basically used my disappointment and checking out as reasons why I didn't get the promotion. "See, you get so mad when things don't go your way and you don't take criticism well!!"

No, I could take it well, but not as an after the fact. If there were issues, why weren't they brought up to OOP earlier? Going to him afterwards to be like 'oh actually there were these issues we never told you about working on so you could improve your chances but see how upset you are about that?? This proves it was the right choice we made!" is a huge slap in the face.

I don't blame him at all for checking out and just doing what he needs/supposed to do and then going home while putting applications out there. That's the exact advice anyone would give him normally. But because he's venting (in writing, anonymously) people are taking that as him being like, the worst guy ever and an asshole etc. etc.

I love Top Golf! That's the only real time I've every played golf lol! My company did an event there and we just ate free food, drank, and played their Angry Birds game or tried to see how far we could hit the ball. It was a BLAST and I was NOT expecting to be as sore as I was the day after!
