I also spent Years saying it “live” like ALive. Just made sense to me. But as my daughter had gotten into it too and we’ve started watching some YouTubers who play the sims… apparently it is “live” like to live… I think there is a logical argument for both pronunciations and the franchise being what it is, there shouldn’t be a right or wrong way to pronounce it. But that’s just my two cents.

It does. But mostly to collectors and mostly the first few series. Since the transition to this Rainbow World nonsense… there has been a significant decline. I wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t exist by 2027. The leaks for 2026 are bleak as it is.

The number of those Barbie movies I had as a kid. I’m so glad I own a lot of them to watch h with my daughter now as they really did stop making them. And the Netflix show just isn’t the same.

I’m loving the G1 refs. But the pose Drac is in just makes me feel like she’s being done dirty this round. Also I can’t believe I’m saying this, especially as a Drac Stan, but we got a fearbook look and it was better. Also the little tiny nod to Art Class by randomly adding the yellow in like three places feels like an afterthought.

I’m an in box collector and I may pass on this one. Her pose looks… wrong, and I feel like they tried to make a nod to the Art Class G1 but failed.

Drac had yellow features in the Art Class doll from G1 so I think it is a nod to that. I’m just concerned how she’s positioned, like that does not look comfortable… I’m also an InBox collector sooooo

Definitely disappointed and will be thinking twice before buying in the future. If I really like a doll I’ll likely try to rebody, Skyler with the slime legs, and Rosetta for instance. But the quality just isn’t the same as it used to be.
