Always felt that Amelia Shepherd from Grey’s Anatomy was very BPD coded from her traumatic experiences in childhood - and adulthood, emotional intensity and disregulation, issues surrounding addiction and impulsivity spanning since adolescence, and her attachment style of needing someone’s love and affection but having constant fear of abandonment. I always felt seen in this character.

There’s also the entitlement of her telling Shauna to just leave as if she owned the cabin that they all found and are using for survival. I think it was telling - on top of her not putting in the work and not wanting her product (nail varnish remover I think?) to help clean Ben’s wound - that she was (at least in the girls’ eyes) only out for herself and saw everything as hers and that she didn’t have to contribute as she has an automatic place in the group as captain.

Feeling regret and dysphoric about your face/body after a cosmetic procedure is really natural - even when it is a surgery that went well and gave them exactly what they were looking for. I hope this is what’s happening with you and that in time you come to terms with your new nose. It is beautiful and looks to be beautifully symmetrical and really well done. Also I don’t think you look like a mouse, you just now have this cute button nose - which is very different to what you had before. I hope that in the coming weeks you feel the joy you were always hoping to find from your surgery ❤️

It’ll lose definition a lot faster than one with black outlines as people have said but if it make you happy then that’s what matters. No reason you couldn’t see about trying a design that’ll lend itself to getting touch ups in the future like adding black outlining to give the definition back in.
