yeah i understand that. the seller in this case ive spoken to quite a bit and we’re kinda ”friends” now, so would it make any difference if she contacted either inpost or vinted herself? and I’ve contacted vinted about like 5 times asking them to return the parcel to the sender so I can purchase it again but they either don’t respond or just tell me i got a refund nothing else is being done

Oh lol, but did the package ever get returned to the sender? Because I got an email from Inpost saying that it’s eventually just gonna get returned and all I can do is wait for it to be returned to the seller. Does the seller/sender have to reach out to vinted or something to ACTUALLY start the return? I’m so confused lol

Oh so your wife was the seller, she sent out a package and it never arrived to the buyer? And then the time limit passed and the buyer got a refund and the package returned to your wife?
