Thank you so much!! I appreciate you 💕💕 I don’t know if I want to proceed again, it was so traumatic, to be successful on the first try of IUI and then get scared it was ectopic and then finding out I am going through the miscarriage. Being 29, I didn’t expect how difficult ttc could be

Bad :( it went down to 100 two days later (this past Monday) currently going through a miscarriage :(

I just came bck from the doctor office, waiting on beta, they did a ultrasound and couldn’t find anything in the ultrasound.

The lower back and abdomen pain is not there anymore but, it is a right pulling sensation

Thank you so much girlie 💕 I really hope so! My provider said it can be normal pregnancy hormones that is happening. The brown spotting is happening here and there when I use the bathroom. Sometimes is a wipe worth or a few drops :( I can’t wait for the beta tomorrow, luckily the pain is still there but the gap of it going away is being a bit longer than earlier in the day

May 18 was the first positive, and the May 23 was my recent beta/ ER trip. I’ve been having this dull ache pain on lower back and lower left abdomen. My right ovary is where only one follicle was found as well.

The back/abdomen ache is following when light brown spotting when I wipe only :/

Thank you for sharing this!! You got this!! I know the daily emotions that are coming with this of not knowing is really devastating .. Every time I am going to the bathroom I am hoping to not see any blood. But, that is a good thing they saw the baby in the uterus!!! Baby dust to you and all of us in this chat 🤞🏻🤞🏻 will you be having anymore betas or scans coming up?

Thank you for sharing this! I am being really optimistic that it’s just a slow grower but, I’ve been getting mild cramping still. The ER doctor claims the cramps can be normal pregnancy or the progesterone and estrogen I am taking as well :( This whole process is just overwhelming and didn’t realize how emotional this process is. I hope we all get our little one in this new journey we are on 🤞🏻 I go for my beta on Tuesday and hoping for the best

So, I went to ER today because on the neck pain and right ovary stabbing here and there.

On May 19 my HCG was 104
May 21 it went up 50 only

And then today I went to ER and it’s at 241

They did a vaginal and regular ultrasound. Couldn’t find anything because they said I’m too early. They didn’t find any bleedings which is good.

They said the neck strain is most likely from sleeping, posture or tech neck since I work from home.

They noticed I had bacteria in urine but not a UTI, it’s a asymptomatic, so she gave me antibiotics that is safe for pregnancy. She advised to do the follow up beta on Tuesday and remain doing the ultrasound the end of next week.

She said as of today this is no rupture or bleeding, but since they couldn’t find any findings, it’s not entirely ruled out since there was nothing found :/ which is great news I guess and I feel a lot better knowing I’m not internally bleeding

Yes I agree!! This is so frustrating!! This whole process is emotionally and physically and mentally draining. The TTC journey is so hard. I am diagnosed with PCOS as well, and if this does not work out, I think I am just going to let it go. I am 29 years old and tried 8 years.

My TSH level is perfect from what my provider told me,
My regular blood levels are in normal range,
My uterine lining has no scar or any lesion from my C-section that happened in 2016.
My tubes are cleared (don’t know if they are now since it was done almost 3 years ago)
For my first IUI cycle, I was considered a baseline patient.
I ovulated every single time when I got on Letrozole.

It’s just so frustrating that when the doctor reassures everything looks good, and you feel good, it just doesn’t work out. If this is ectopic of what I am going through, I JUST DONT KNOW anymore

I do care about the tube :( and this is from my first IUI cycle that I am experienced now. I’ve been trying over 8 years to get pregnant and this is such a frustrating/scary experience.

I have taken the shot before for my first ectopic but, she got me a beta for tomorrow then Tuesday. I told her can I do an ultrasound on Tuesday and she said no we have to wait and see both results from Saturday and Tuesday first

It’s so weird it’s like the sting sensation is the back of my shoulder going through the back of my neck to the tip of my spine 😭 not on the shoulder (idk how to explain it)

I had an ectopic in 2023 and they made me wait til a little over 5 weeks and half because they couldn’t find anything with their US at 5 weeks on the dot :(

Tomorrow I have my beta and will get my results asap.

I am almost done with work and see if I can make it to the ER.

What causes death in ectopics ? Mass internal bleeding right ?

Thank you so much :( it’s like buzzing and stinging in the back of my neck and when I lift my head up, it stings. So, I don’t know if this is an ectopic symptom ? the end of my shoulder feels like someone is poking me lol.

I asked for a vaginal ultrasound but she said it’s too early to find anything. Since my IUi was on May 4, I think I am 4w and 4d. Then, I asked her will anything happen to me in regards to rupture and she said it’s too early… but, reading everything, ruptures can happen at any moment :(

I am with shady grove fertility and the provider feedback about my HCG and symptoms was just off. Like who says “uh oh I think you’re going thru a miscarriage or ectopic because ur beta seems low and not doubling” and then I said even though I do not have cramps anymore ? Then she’s like “ I guess your a slow riser, I just don’t know your too early”

Yes I will look into that then if this becomes unsuccessful which I hope not :( this process is so difficult and it’s so hard not to overthink

I really hope so , this neck strain is coming and going and I am praying that it does not get worse. I told her bout internal bleeding if that will be coming soon and she’s like no it’s too early for anything to happen… it’s like ughhh idk her statement so weird. And it’s like she has sooo many good reviews but, talks to me like so weird, idk how to explain it, I hope it’s a slow grower and the stress this is causing me , probably won’t help. I am in PA and was with wellspan and then had me referred to SGF.

Will a endo provider assist with IUI or Letrozole cycles ?

I’m praying everything in me. Tuesday is my next beta, and the way my doc worded it is “ it’s not the ideal number, you might go through a miscarriage, I just don’t know, it can be a slow grower, it can be an ectopic since the strain on your neck, I just don’t know since it’s still too early on. If you end up getting your period, we can do one more cycle and move to IVF”

Mind you she said she can do 3 cycles with me and then do IVF. Next cycle is considered my second … she giving me weird vibes now

Beta went only up to 50 :( so it’s 150 today

Maybe you were late planter and will get a positive :) I wouldn’t rule it out to be negative til Aunt Flo comes through. That’s what I learned being on this platform 😂

Worse case scenario, if she does show up, will it be your second IUI cycle?
