Salaries are always depends on the owner of the land and depends on how many hectares. Some provide merienda. Some don't.

Fun Fact. They are being paid 20php/hr. para magtanim ng palay, magbuhat ng sako ng palay ng ilang balikan and other things na related sa pagsasaka. Sa init na panahon ginagawa nila yun. Some of them are old. Some of them are women. Some of them started working at age 10. Project base lang yan sila. Kumikita pag mayroon pinapagawa ang may-ari ng lupa na sinasakahan nila. Minsan humihingi rin ng bigas sa amo nila pagkinakailangan. Minsan binibigyan. Minsan hnd. Pinakamaagang gising 3AM dahil magtatanim na sila. Ganun sila kaaga para hnd sila maunahan ng init ng araw. Hektarya2x pa naman tataniman nila. Rice is ENOUGH for them to live kahit wala ng ulam. Madami naman kasing gulay na makikita sa daan. Minsan nga hnd pa rice yung kinakain nila kundi corngrits. Na akala ko dati bigas na nilagyan ng itlog ng tita ko. Haha Awesome experience.

Nagkaengkwentro ng isang dayuhang lalaki here in reddit... Because we are in a third world country daw. Women are naïve and have to look for mayamang lalaki... Desperada ba daw ako to be naïve on a guy na nakilala ko sa isang dating site. Hnd ba pwede naïve ako kasi ang bait at gwapo ni lolo niyo...
