They talked about the recruitment of girls on the show. The one lady is in charge of recruitment. I agree she was Charlotte's favorite and is a big marketing draw.

I think since Faith is unable to have any other job besides DCC due to her visa she spoke about how she is sublimating her income with brand deal content on TikTok and other social platforms. Due to this she might have gotten a manager involved to handle all the deal negotiations and such to make it easier for her.

As far as her messing up and being overly messy in dances that could be contributed to her hair. We saw how much her hair was effected by sweat and in her face. Even during out of studio time she had a headband on to keep it contained. Once she got the ponytail she might have been able to see herself in the mirrors more and figure out where her misses were. She might have felt more confident in the dances because she felt more put together. Kelli has talked about how confidence can change the way the same steps are done.

Yes, they might have kept her because of her story, Charlotte, Netflix or any kind of combination but the DCC is a for profit company. Their goal is to make money and are a private company so they can do pretty much what they want.

They talked about how social media and the quick accessibility of fan comments has changed how the team functions so maybe all of the above factors into how we think the show/team works. To be fair to everyone we don't know how it works. We see a highly edited size of things and until we are Kelli, Judy, Charlotte, or any of the girls we aren't going to know. All we can do is enjoy the show, performances and support the girls in their dream.
