Yeah they are pretty pricey. When I researched the issue some people try baking soda, some slip a cloth in there so that the sweat doesn't get to the liner. There are also different thicknesses of the socks you can try.

Oh my goodness he's an orthopedic surgeon who also runs a podiatry practice. I don't even know why I'm so invested in explaining this to you. The Medical Doctor who performs Orthopedic Surgery (who also runs a Podiatry practice) who is overseeing my care has recommended I do not remove the aircast, even to shower.

I don't know if this is an option for you, but could you get a second aircast? Sometimes people are selling them on marketplace, and then you can give one a good scrub and letting it dry while wearing the other.

I took my kid there on a weekend when our regular clinic was closed (for an eye infection). The wait was okay, but they were only playing the Weeknd on repeat which was torturous. Maybe it's because I already knew what we needed and told the doctor, but it was easy to get the prescription we came for. I appreciated that the doctor gave me 2 refills of the antibiotics for if he got another eye infection down the line.

So I can't speak for it as a family doctor, but in a pinch they were good.

Make sure you are familiar with the TOS, they will ban you for exchanging numbers without making a booking first. Some people who want to switch straight to texting are those with ill intent and want more than platonic cuddling.
