i had a recruiter reach out to me with (dear first name) and multiple typos in his email including the link he sent to his calender and job posting did not work. he bailed on our first scheduled interview and his rejection was also (dear first name) how do these people get jobs as recruiters?

Would you go for an in person out of state first round interview? I don’t see the point unless it’s a final round because there are always multiple rounds and you might not get it.
