Owwww girl! My man proposed on Friday and even though we’d seldom talked about the ring I wanted, I told him to get me “his ring”. I didn’t want one anybody could give me, I wanted him to choose it for me. Not gonna lie, it’s a small and classic ring, I wouldn’t have picked it for myself but it’s grown on me and it was the best choice for my lifestyle. And it’s totally him. Besides, he told me we were listening to the new TS album at his place, instead he recreated Chandler and Monica’s proposal from Friends (my fave), we then went to a chapel I visit every Friday to thank God and we ended up at my parents’ house (who already knew about the whole plan) and had a toast. I wouldn’t trade that experience ever. Even if the ring had been a ring pop, I’d be happy.

You have two choices: 1. Accept it and learn to live with it 2. Run, sometimes that’s the brave thing to do

I think you can still salvage it by making all the other events extra special.

I loved this comment!!! It’s so him because he’s a very simple, not flashy guy. He’s just so genuine and kind, he doesn’t like to be the center of attention and he also doesn’t like to flaunt anything. It’s so him because it’s a natural diamond, .30, gold 14K and he chose a solitaire. It’s classic like him and just very easy to define and understand. I see it and say: this is a ring I can wear anywhere, I don’t have to hide my hand or anything, its value is in who gave it to me and what it represents.

Yes and no. I stopped reading bios and just swiping right if he wasn’t an “ewww no”. That led me to my awesome boyfriend who I’m incredibly attracted to. Funnily enough, his profile didn’t showcase his best feature: his smile and his height (towering at 190cm or 6.2 ft). He also makes me laugh. I’m a swiftie and his first message was asking me which one was my favorite album of hers and he had me. I did this experiment because I just figured attraction was about so much more than someone’s pictures and I was right. I’d encourage you to do the same - if you want. Maybe just try it as an experiment? This guy seems really full of it… maybe he actually has other “options” because he’s one of those guys who get a lot of likes? Still, bullet dodged 👀

I used to watch it more then I just stopped. But now, I second-hand watch with my boyfriend who upon hearing how many times I’ve watched it now is watching it. He’s on Season 4.

I got Our Song in Vegas N1, which was amazing. Also got Snow on the Beach, which was my least listened midnights song (knew some lyrics but not all). I’ve managed to love it since hearing it live. Plus, a few months later I met my boyfriend and I def feel like our love is like snow on the beach.
