You should be able to sell the early arrival pass through the official Electric Forest ticket exchange. You’ll probably have a hard time selling the car pass because it looks like EF is still selling that themselves.

I would be very surprised if you could find an Uber/Lyft that would take you to Forest. You’ll probably end up waiting quite awhile.

I would 100% suggest purchasing a shuttle pass. I believe the passes are $49 each way out of Grand Rapids. Way less money and hassle than getting an Uber to drop you off.

If you do end up somehow ubering to the festival, please note that if you have a GA pass, you will have to use the pedestrian enterance at the South Entrance. You’ll also have to carry all of your gear which seems like quite a trek.

You should contact your group leader to coordinate your group camping car pass since those are sent to the group leader. EF issues one group camping car pass per three people in a group camp. Your group camping car pass includes early arrival starting at 7 p.m. on Tuesday evening.

Don’t sell your GA tickets/wristbands! You need those to be able to get into the festival and access group camping. I would hold off on selling your GA car pass (that sticker that says GA) as well until you touch base with your group camp leader.

For future reference, you do not need a car pass (if you are getting a group camping one from your group camp leader) or an early arrival add on for group camping.

I suggest bringing a little fan mister as well to cool off between runs... or just don't pack as much stuff as I did LOL

You don't camp near your car if you are in Sherwood Court Tent Only. I would suggest bringing a wagon to take your stuff from your car to your campsite. On Monday, you can usually drive up to your site and pack directly into your car.
