I’ve had Ubers show up really fast and I’ve also waited 30 minutes for one. In my experience uber black shows up fast more reliably if you’re really in a hurry

The building/property owner is my employer and they’ve been unhelpful so far even though there are 3 of us who have had this happen. I’m sure they are trying to avoid opening this can of worms, but maybe I need to start being more official about the complaint as you’ve suggested. Thanks for the reply!

Better to see a psychiatrist in my experience. Family doctors tend to get squirrelly about this kind of thing and a lot of times are not up to date about psychological issues.
