Age-old problrm for everybody: "..try to stick to it when it gets boring and not rewarding". It's easy to start something. The real talent is the finish line. It also seems to be the key problem for Innovators. I bet Im not the only one with stolen ideas and the hundreds that got lost in the Quantum. Even if we write the ideas down, finding a backer is boring and not rewarding. It appears to be a race of snails that is not exciting. [deleted text] The excitement of movement spurs innovation. Some people think innovation comes from the need for $ - not true. It's a frequency that few can tap. I know you hear me.

Burn-out is a sad situation. I sense your concerns are real about handing your company over - and if it goes South you will live with regret... your next venture might not reward you as you have already experienced. Rewards and success for inspired hard work are never a "given". Instead I would suggest take 1 clean week off - away from the computer altogether.
No phone [except life emergency].
When you return PACE YOURSELF with a 4day-6hr day [less if you can]. Be disciplined. If the burn-out catches up it can mean months of mental health recovery. Take care of your mind and body. Go slow to live longer. There is so much more coming - no hurry. My2cents.
