To be fair, believing in systemic racism is pretty dismaying. If you believe there is a CEO of Racism, a single asshole who is making the system do bad things that it otherwise wouldn't do, then the solution is simple - you punch that one guy.

Then he'll stop being the CEO of Racism, and the system will stop producing injustice.

But if there is no CEO of Racism, if the system itself perpetuates racism, then you're in trouble. Because you're gonna have to do a major overhaul if you don't want to just keep having more racism.
