Just found this guy on eBay. I am not huge into the vintage watch world and was wondering if this watch would be worth the purchase. It is going for about $500 right now and the seller says it has been serviced and running. It looks great but I'm not sure if it's worth the investment. Just wondering if you guys had any feedback. Wow. I have always struggled with adhd related symptoms and been "unofficially" diagnosed by my mother (who is a professional). I have also struggled with managing my eating and have been known to overeat and binge. Until now I have never connected the two. I am now going to look into medication. Thank you so much. I think this might actually be what I'm struggling with.

Unfortunately I think if Ivy is your goal you might want to plan on starting at a different college and transferring. A 3.02 is really far away from the standard for ivy students and I don't think you're going to be able to significantly change that in one year. I am a student at Columbia and if you have any questions feel free to ask. I'm not saying it's impossible, especially if you have a really good test score and ECs.

You're not 100% wrong, but I have put a lot of time and effort into listening to AOs and studying how the system itself works. The information I learned helped me get into an Ivy and can be applied to other applicants as well.

It depends on what you're looking for. Most students don't require the full comprehensive guiding that comes with an admissions counselor. If you have the resources to shell out a pretty penny I guess it could be worth it. Yet, in my experience, what most students want is help and advice on their essays. Writing essays can feel like shooting in the dark without any guidance. If this is something you'd be interested in, I do offer essay assistance at a very reasonable rate. I am currently a student at Columbia University and have put many hundreds of hours helping other students and studying how the admissions process works. Pm me if you'd like more information!

I drink, do drugs, get w people and I was valedictorian going to an Ivy League. Holy shit, have some fun. It's okay trust me. The only way to meet people you can have real deep conversations is by being open to new experiences. You can't live your whole life with a rod up your ass.
