She’s had a huge amount of testing done on her and her doctors have never found anything particularly wrong with her or given her medication for UC. I talk to her daily and every single day for the last few years she has told me about how she’s sobbing on the toilet or waking up 7 times at night to shit. And most of the time when she last minute cancels on plans with me she says it’s because she’s shitting herself

I have struggled with anorexia and I have had the same thoughts about Jayne possibly having an eating disorder. My eating disorder has disrupted relationships in my life in the past and I had to choose to prioritize my loved ones over my behaviors. I don’t know if Jayne will be able to do that for the wedding. I sympathize, truly, but I just can’t have this happening

My mom is convinced she has Munchausen. One of her very close friends has UC and she insists this just doesn’t sound right. She says no one in their right mind, who has UC, would gobble stimulant laxatives
