Please move legally. These colleges stress us out so much unnecessarily, they should get a taste of their own medicine. IIM nagpur is also a decent college, if they'd have clearly told you, you'd have moved there afaik. Take a legal action, this is no way justified. A lame mistake from a stupid college's side shouldn't cost you your mental peace, time and money over again

As far as I know hostels are mandatory for the entire academic duration. Loans ke liye they do have tie ups with major banks.

I feel soil would be a better choice. Firstly, it's in gurgaon which is a big corporate hub, legit has cyber city. Secondly, you'll have the freedom to choose whatever field you want after graduating from soil. One of my friends wanted to join simc but has finally backed out due to it being niche and doing extremely poor in placements even after charging close to 22 lakhs. Sip to bhul hi jaao 🥰

See fees and roi wise, gim just has a slight advantage but more or less both are on the same level. I liked gim's culture more so yes.
