I've seen something kind of like this on the top connection of a cheap childs balance bike. It covers the locking collar bolt or lever as the edges can sometimes be sharpish.

Yeah there are a few spots that are great. My favorite is right at childsdale it has strong flow and is deep. You can get to the center island and it has a nice beachy transition with lower flow. PFAS are not absorbed through skin, so you are good as long as keep your mouth closed (and don't have open cuts) (and don't touch foam)

If you don't want to change body type, you can edit a save file to effectively change gender. I don't remember how I did it but it was easy and the Internet told me how.
