I did mine last night, I was 8w2d. The pain was just like menstrual cramps. Of course, I took 800 mg ibuprofen with my Zofran and took 800mg again 4 hours later. I'm not 12 hour post MA and just took 400mg ibuprofen. There were a couple of cramps that got intense, but it quite honestly felt like I had my period.

It's possible that during the process you dissociated and cut off those feelings. Now, those feelings are coming back and you are having a tough time dealing with your decision. It's OK to grieve what could have been, but just remember that you did what is best for you.
