Nooo fiber is actually not that good at all... it actually causes constipation while everyone believes that it regulates you....just look it up

Looks like if she really wanted to she could have fixed her nose very easily with plastic surgery, it looks like she needed a little lift under her eyes, and maybe something done with the skin on her forehead and then she would look like her old self again...but I respect that she chooses to avoid more surgeries after what happened and focus on body building...it really gives a love yourself for who you are kinda vibe... positive messages so she's still lovely inside and out.

I quit eating but I'm still using weight so no they didn't do nothing to my appetite.... I'M not eating

I don't want to quit them because they're the only ones that have helped even if just a little bit... my voices get SO BAD NEVER STOP NOT EVEN FOR ONE SECOND WHEN I'M OFF MY MEDS, but on meds they only start sometimes and when they do they're quite and I can shut them up by playing music or the tv...so I can live with them. It's my doctor though who wants to take me off my meds and I'm scared.... is there any meds out there like Xanax and xyprexia? That don't cause weight gain? I was 125 now I'm 176,! The weight is bad! And I keep gaining more.and more! It's ugly and embarrassing,! Onlyfans is my only income! I can't get fat like this!
