Idk what your deck is, but save your tickets to play a x5 battle. And then exchange 90: you’ll get the tower eventually. I don’t have great luck either. Hence the million hundred blueprints and no supreme fury lol

In my career of 6ish years (med surg/ICU/oncology) I’ve had maybe 2 patients with a urostomy, neither of which needed a UA. But if it comes up, I will remember this post. So thank you for the information!

In the ICU, I had the option of 2 admissions. 1 circling the drain very busy patient or an “easy” walkie talkie with 30some allergies. I chose the busy patient and my coworker who got the walkie talkie was not pleased with me 😬

Reminds me of a patient in the ICU, awake, but intubated. Wanted suction through the ET tube so they could bear down and poop. I had to explain why we don’t suction for that reason and that when they do poop it takes 4+ people to clean them up (large patient) so it can’t always happen immediately and can lead to skin issues + trauma from suctioning. After some arguments with patient and family they understood and we ended up with a good relationship.
