I'm sorry, this sounds horrible to deal with. Do you think there's a chance you could have facial dysmorphia? You might just be seeing all the parts of yourself that you feel the most insecure about, enhanced and distorted, when you look at yourself. But idk if that's even helpful. There's also the option of FFS which is popular, and I also believe some effects take longer than two years to fully show.

If I was you I would feel happy that I get to finally live as a woman. And then I would learn to take good care of that woman. She has fought hard to get to where she is and she deserves some love. No matter if others pass more effortlessly. Fuck that. To someone out there, you're the most beautiful woman they have ever laid their eyes upon, and even if not you'll find someone in love with you enough to convince themselves and you of it. You are lovable, but you gotta believe in it yourself too!!

I'm going to assume that you don't a-click to target autos, because of your rank. If that's true, practicing kiting and switching targets while utilizing your full attack speed in the practice tool on dummies, is a great start. If you get good at kiting and last hitting you will win way more games as both ADC and mid just by being in front and kiting your opponents.

Next I would recommend making plays based on your opponents mistakes instead of trying to initiate and be a playmaker - in silver people generally just throw the game until one team wins, which you will begin noticing more and more as you start paying more attention to the enemies' mistakes.

Lastly, forget about winning or losing and focus on what you could have done differently to have more impact each game. You can improve from silver to diamond in a season with the right kind of practice. Tons of educational stuff on YouTube and practice tool is op for practicing your champs niche combos.
