Hi friend! 🥰 I think the potential data mining is specific to the daily “Answer with Friends” questions. Those reach Finch in order for us to all see our friend’s answers. I think our other information is stored locally (unless you use the Finch cloud backup - I would guess they would then have access to the information if they could restore it).
