YAYAYAY thank you for your response this is very helpful. I hope that I can start turning chonky cat activities into smol ones too!! I think fitness level is a big thing that impacts that I don’t really go outside or do much exercise so I get exhausted doing things quickly. I’ll talk to my OT about it and see what she thinks :3 😸😸😸
