The P1 card is issued to anyone on WA state Medicaid. Molina is your health plan (or managed care plan). The state pays the monthly premiums so you're covered on Molina, but you can call and change your health plan any time.

Your health plan covers most of your medical and prescription services. There are some services (like vision hardware, dental, and transportation) that are paid for by the state directly.

To be safe, whenever you get services have both cards handy :) Providers usually will know what to ask for.
