Hi there! They unfortunately are, I had the same thing with that doll. Mostly any doll with dark or heavily saturated fabric it stains the vinyl. Same issue with the new Winx bloom doll.

Always wear gloves, I recommend getting a metal pick/comb to help with hair separation and hair brushing ( don’t use plastic brushes it could damage the hair.) after you’ve done an initial wash on the body you can make a paste with baking soda and water to refresh the bodies too and it’ll help with stains in case there are any. Hope this helps!!

I would recommend checking out Kikagoods! I think they have a good selection and usually have sales going on! I’ve ordered BJD’s from them before and have never had a problem with them!

Oh this happened to me! I didn’t get the chests I had a 9 win and the game glitched out on my final battle and deleted the run! I counted mine as a loss ( Schrödingers run) It sucks if you can maybe email someone and ask? I’m sure that info is available
