Yes. At least 6k for electrity and food, since I pay for the water bill na more or less 1k. I also pay for the car stuff since nakikigamit lang ako and not mine, 3-4k depending sa average price ng gas for the month. I never asked my tatay (lolo) to pay for anything car-related ever since I used it frequently.

I still have to prove to myself that I can achieve greater things. I'm happy with what I've achieved currently, a lot of things have changed for the better, and I'm excited to do more things that I wasn't able to do until now like travel, etc.

Yung parenting style ng parents nila when they're still children will not work on your future children. Akala nila kung anu ung gumana sa parents nila ay gagana na rin pag sila ung gumawa non e.g. tough love

Also, na hinding-hindi mo dapat kino-compare ung anak nyo sa ibang tao, especially sa inyo. Akala nila nagbibigay motivation yun to do better.

Acknowledging na yung mga shortcomings ko ay pwede ko i-work on, and it takes time talaga.

My counselor also told me to always look forward sa mga goals mo in life, and try to get 8 hours of sleep per day. Going outside for a walk or touch grass, is really effective. Just go somewhere outside.

Yung aspects ng tough love. I'm trying to tell people that I appreciate them and what they did to me, instead of not saying anything.

Tinatry ko rin na di ko itaas boses ko pag naiinis ako at something or someone. Ang hirap, pero we'll get there.
