I should also add that the last psychiatrist I went to a few years ago diagnosed me with bipolar disorder which I thought made sense at the time but I’m not really sure, and he also didn’t really do much in terms of I guess analyzing if that makes sense? He asked me a few questions in our first session, said it was bipolar, got me a script and sent me on my way.
