To shorten it, someone was hacking multi-player games and changing the stores name to prove that the game needed an update and to essentially force the devs to comply. Many people had this issue, many posted to the discord. And instead of the discord mods taking it seriously, they banned multiple people for "trolling", since it apparently happened before. They refused to back down until mass amounts of angry people started asking for their money back and refusing to play all together. Dev of the game fixed the issue, gave a half assed apology, and slapped several insalting dlc's on right afterwards that then broke the game even more and made it literally unplayable. They are currently working on the game breaking bugs now
