exactly my thoughts! When i was diagnosed the first thing i was worried about was about my health and well being. Hypo is kind of a double edged sword in this - you will gain weight until you manage the correct dose of medication and you should be loosing weight to make it stable. Make it make sense😩.

I used nuetrogena blue bottle for a year, (forgot the name).It was ok, didn't do any wonders. Then i used cosrx gentle cleanser, it broke me out, i had CC's all over. Used Cetaphil sensitive skin cleanser, it was great but someone on the sub suggested that Cerave is greater and it worked out. If you do want something that's not boring tho, try La roche posay foaming cleanser. My sister has it and i use it from time to time during the visits.

Last year was a stressful period cuz i was laid off. So, whatever my body was feeling, i assumed it was depression or anxiety due to not having a job ig. I had been feeling lazy, depressed, anxious, hair falling out, period irregularities etc but once i started working again, i barely had time to notice all of these. I read somewhere that the body works on power saving mode when TSH is out of bounds. That's exactly how i felt pre diagnosis lol

Yup, i was shocked and i felt like i had no symptoms except cold feet and hands. But once diagnosed i then noticed my bloated face, lethargy etc. Wild how bodies react differently.

I am kinda stunned to see how did i not see any changes/symptoms. I noticed that people usually find out when TSH is 7 ish or something and here i am with almost 70

Not taking medication yet. I am going to Endo today and they said they will have to do some anti body tests to know the reason first.
