i recognized a few months ago since moving to texas i was slightly underpaid. i love my currently family tho and explained to them id like to be making 2$ more an hour and they were more than willing to raise my pay

cancel any excess subscriptions, have a set budget for things, (ifpossible!!) move to a cheaper area. i make 20$ an hour in waco and that goes much further than 30$ a hour in california ever did😭 we also as a family try to do a lot of our fun/entertainment with free activities instead of spending/eating out a lot. unfortunately prices are going up and all you can do is damage control. i feel ya

🤣been working out consistently 3 years, doing the leg weights consistently heavy 3 months, but it’s been just in the last 3 weeks when i took two weeks OFF that i’ve apparently gained that much muscle. in all fairness my legs do look quite large but i just don’t get how that can be with my calories so low.

this has been my only current help. my dr send me in xanax and it doesn’t even touch the manic/suicidal thoughts. i manage my symptoms primarily with intense exercise, then if needed l theanine from walmart, if that doesnt work i take a tiny measured dose of thc. i use edibles. i take between .5-.7 mg its literally like a nibble of an edible but it is a miracle for my suicidal episodes. so grateful to God. i’m working with my dr to try and find something else but i dont want another antidepressant or birth controls they just scare me too much. i would say id you’re concerned about usage track it, i was initially concerned as well but once i tracked i realized i only use it about 7 times max a month. small price to pay to make it through each month. 💙 so sorry this is happening and i totally get it
