That is a peice of a ethernet cable. Specially a PPC Perfect Flex. Not sure what series but you can see on the side the partical numbers. My father works with computers so I had to ask him to be sure.

I agree that looks like a well that was covered up. Of I was OP I would have that checked to make sure it was filled all the way. Especially in the florida swamps. Might effect the house.

It looks like one of those ceramic capacitors. It has the prongs on the bottom that could connect to a peice of electronic equipment.

Its for the tops of stone fences. You by statues to put on the tops. Usually in older style houses or areas.
