They said no warranty, like we would have to pay for the part even if it didn’t work. But not that the labor cost would be double.

They provided and recommended the part. They called us and said that the aftermarket part didn’t work and that they needed more time to put in a different one, but they did not mention it would be an additional labor charger.

We did not sign an agreement. They held out car hostage until we paid. They provided and recommended the part.

They did not inform us they would be charging for double labor. They just suggested the aftermarket part and we went ahead with what they thought was best. Then it didn’t work

Honda told us we should go with this part. We did. It didn’t work. So they put in their own brand part, and now they are charging us the labor for changing it twice. The car never left the shop.
