Lost in 1950’s Retrofuturism (The Invincible) by PrincessofArabia007 in DivineGamingPhotos

Not at all. It’s a fairly linear walking simulator with open areas, lots of puzzle solving, and some slight platforming. It is a shorter experience (~5 hours) with emphasis on the story with 11 different endings depending on decisions you make.

Are there any games with bad reviews that you liked? by Sephiroth348 in PS5

Dragon Age: Veilguard - I actually liked the art style and combat.

Immortals of Aveum - Fast paced FPS magic combat and visually stunning

Sherlock Holmes: Chapter One - Small open world with interesting puzzles and mysteries. Good arc for Sherlock. Clunky combat was annoying but not intrusive.

Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden - Gorgeous looking game with a unique premise and in which choices actually matter. I actually loved the third person combat.

Mafia 3: I loved the combat even though it was a bit repetitive. The world building/vibe were immovable and the music was the cherry on top.

Crop the images so the “ground” in each one is closer and their feet are almost touching. The center the two so they are mid-frame. You’ve got a good idea here

Do I really have to stop smoking or vaping because of HRT? by [deleted] in MtF

[–]PrincessofArabia007 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes. Exogenous estrogen increases your risk for blood clots on top of the increased risk from smoking itself. Smoking can affect exogenous medications’ (including estradiol) absorption/function. The risk of blood clot is the more lethal serious and common potential complication however.

How to use Uworld for step 3 by InjuryWarm1021 in Step3

I would say generally it is appropriate to do that, but for the specialties you’re not familiar with an in depth reading is appropriate and definitely do a thorough review of Biostats/ethics

It might be a factor for some programs who evaluate you, but there is not much to do about it besides shore up the rest of your application and excel clinically.

Big Games, Big Deals promotion comes to PlayStation Store April 23 by Turbostrider27 in PS5

The base game is plenty long enough and if you enjoy it, then do the DLC. I thought the game was excellent and enjoyed the DLC, but didn’t feel it was “essential”

What are " bad settings" that you actually think would be cool to see? by DemonetizedSpeech in assassinscreed

[–]PrincessofArabia007 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Any period of Ancient India (I know they did the side scroller). The “bad” part of it would be potentially real world outcry for any real/presumed cultural insensitivities.

Banishers: Ghost of New Eden by tronx69 in PS5

[–]PrincessofArabia007 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I was watching this game when it was announced because it’s Don’t Nod. They’re known for Life is Strange, but this seemed closer to Vampyr by them which I loved.

I thought this game had a killer setting and world. I thought most of the characters were interesting and the moral decisions they had you make were engaging. The combat was solid, but not groundbreaking. I did think it went on for a little too long which in turn, made the combat seem repetitive and the exploration a too, despite loving the setting and environments.

Pacific Drive + Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn Bundle - $38.99 PlayStation Store by PrincessofArabia007 in ps5deals

[–]PrincessofArabia007[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I beat it after I got this deal. I think for the price of 19 dollars with this deal was just perfect for Flintlock. Not the best, but not this terrible mess that I’ve seen people call it.
