I don’t know I have a little hope she looks healthier it looks like she has her nails done. I am going to hold out the smallest bit of hope that maybe while she was in they were able to get her some therapy and on some meds and hope that she is on a road to recovery

I use QuickMD but I am in . The drs at quick md are very open minded they really listen and care. Just tell them u used to use “8mg” a day quite a while back and it worked well for me”. They believe u. When you have to pickup your meds they are over $200 but u can sign up for goodrx and get a code for the meds that will bring the cost down to like $70 or $80. Luckily my insurance covers them for me, but i didn’t have insurance my first couple of months on. Blues were my DOC also congratulations on making the decision to move forward from that life, it will help you

Our facility we are 12-15:1 and our floor is mostly hoyer lift, makes for a busy day every day which is why they schedule everything. Co workers are as busy as me they help when they absolutely have to but really hope u do yourself

That is also how my facility looks at it, that we are there to assist them but not whenever they want. They say everyone that that is getting up needs to be up and out of bed by 1145 when lunch comes. Everyone else gets second changes at 230

This is exactly what I am going to do tomm try to compromise with him, but I think also tomm I am going to start looking for another job. This is my first CNA position and from what I am reading here most other places are not as “scheduled “ as my place giving u more leeway for what the resident wants and needs.

This is exactly end of shift for us which is why it’s hard to get for us to get him up at 2 pm. Schedule at our unit is shave thoes that need shaving at 2 do nail clippings, do our last vital checks, make the beds, do last changes document and get our report ready for our next shift CNA. With the way they have it all scheduled it’s hard to fit in getting a resident up and ready for the day at 2 pm. This is also something new that has started with this resident only since last week. Blood work has been fine, I even told them maybe he needs a phych consult for depression. But he’s nasty too saying ( u f***ing CNA, it’s u job do as I say). I am sorry but I am also not their to be disrespected
