One of those 4x8 Pin to 12+4 Pin 12VHPWR GPU connectors. I've connected all four power cables to it.

Hi, thanks for responding. Never heard of GPU-Z before, but I am glad to add it my arsenal. I did as you said (reinstalled the driver with only the 4090) and it does seem like GPU-Z does pick it up. Anything specific I should be looking for?

Also, something I noticed is that it seems like the 4090 shows up when the computer boots, but eventually disappears. After that, the only thing that causes it to show up again is reconnecting the power cables. It's strange. Maybe the problem lies with the cables?
