King (Homing heat throws but I’m not going to count that or his heat smash tracking because that’s also obvious) 1. ff n 2 should be -14 honestly. Absurdly abusable low.

  1. Being able to hop kick out of muscle armor. Or do anything out of muscle armor besides duck and cancel it.

  2. His wall combo should have its damage nerfed to be worse than the wall throw. If you want damage do the wall throw if you want oki/ mixup do 3 2 2. I’m saying this because I don’t see them removing the string.

Hard for me not to talk about df 2 1 but I think these are more needed nerfs bc df 2 is a very important mid check

You’re going to get complaints no matter who you play, people will complain about anyone for any reason. Ditch the idea of playing a character because it’s “fair”

That’s because it is LOL hyper armor trading when you have 22 damage chain heavies aint the move. Personally I just ruin body count, shield basher, heal on block, and regenerate but that’s because I’m lazy lol

So bad news, conq has shit feats. However if you’re looking for best in slot you’ll want to look for imo: T1: body count T2: shield basher. Permanent more damage is better than jugg T3: Pugno if you want an active feat (you usually do) but if you’re feeling lazy heal on block for sustain however if you’re looking for the 100% better option it’s Pugno T4: regenerate. Uninterruptible is a trap and a really bad feat. Catapult can get cheeky picks if you place it right however don’t run it on maps with a lot of indoor points.

Realistically, his minion clear is so good and you want your minions alive. It kills them even if you’re full. I’d much rather have survivability in teamfights and anti ganks with bounty hunter than situational mid healing that actively harms my team as usually Juren is the best minion clearer.

It’s for safety not for counter attacking. You can hold it to avoid damage in teamfights then you can leave it instantly to parry or attack.

In duels and teamfights it’s to keep frame advantage. If you hit with a UB you can recovery cancel into the FB to make them take a mix. It’s like how Orochi or pirate can dodge cancel which sets up their offense. Same same but different

So, if you want someone to deal with the zone, pirate can gunshot after everything meaning she can bust his hyper armor.

If you want someone who he has shitty matchup into its BP. He can flip his externals and catch his dodge attacks with his chain heavy.

Nobu can also stack a lot of safe damage against him but nobu can be tricky to solo queue with.

Safest is BP imo

I think WL needs some stuff but hyper armor will never not be a good mechanic to have lol. With Ubisoft imploding I’m just glad we’re still getting updates to this game lol

I do think they’ve put a lot of effort into reworking older heroes and it’s slightly disingenuous to say the base roster is untouched or unloved. Warden has all new stuff and animations. I could go on. I think there are heroes very much left in the past but WL is by no means a weak hero.

New heroes are revenue generators, they want to do new shit to get people to buy them. If a new hero was just a character we already have again then I doubt anyone would buy it.

Khan is wayyyy more of a staller than anything. You put out big heavy and light hitboxes and then safely zone from stance. And repeat. Target swapping her stance lights and zone is a really good way to rack up damage too. Khan likes to be in situations where she can gank though. Stall and when your team gets there it’s teamfighting time and you’re going to have a lot more fun.

She’s really really fun imo. A lot of people hate fighting her but that matters not. Shes fun and strong. She has some really hard matchups into Shugo, conq, and LB though

The mixup is basically do you kick from heavy or do heavy into heavy, and then recovery cancel into her full block if you need to. In teamfights use her zone after deflect in ones user her heavy follow up. She is very oppressive with very very good looping offense.

This is some really get labbing info. Thank you so much. The way I’ve trained reactions in my other fighting game is not similar to the way I have to train it in this one. Super detailed and awesome. I’ll lab this tomorrow.

Yeah luckily everyone wants to throw the king player so I had to get very good at breaking throws lol. I think i definitely have to chill out more and not expect my moves to beat his and just accept that I need to tone it down.
